Abstract

The objective of the present work is to present a narrative about the proposal of Progressive Constitutionalism elaborated and defended by Mark Tushnet. The exhibition, which starts from the identification of the author in the dissolution field , according to a study made by Nimer Sultany, and as an exponent of popular constitutionalism, aims to present and reflect on the direction proposed by Tushnet towards a progressive constitutionalism that leans forward in the pursuit of public policies aimed at improving the material conditions of those existing under material conditions of existence that place them in positions of reasonably severe deprivation.
