DEVELOPMENT OF AN APPLICATION TO USE COLLABORATIVE MAPPING FOR IDENTIFICATION OF RISK AREAS APPLIED TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF NOVA FRIBURGO/RJ

With the increasing use of virtual collaborative environments to achieve different goals, collaborative mapping has been highlighted. This study aimed to develop a web platform for collaborative mapping of flooding and landslides in the city of Nova Friburgo, State of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. With this application it is intended that the residents of the locality can perform a critical work, aiming to identify unstable places together with the public administration, allowing it to perform specific actions to solve the problems pointed out by platform employees.
