SWOT Analysis as a Strategic Tool in School Management: a study in a full-time technical school in RN

The school environment is a setting that undergoes numerous transformations over the years. Therefore, it becomes necessary to use tools that support the efficiency and quality of educational processes, such as the SWOT analysis. This tool helps identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats related to the school context.The study was conducted in a full-time technical high school located in the state of Rio Grande do Norte. The methodology used was a case study with a qualitative and descriptive approach. Data were collected through the application of a questionnaire, in which the considered responses came from teachers, students, staff, and school management.The results provided a detailed view of the school's conditions, identifying aspects that directly influence its educational quality and learning environment. It offers a valuable overview for strategic planning and future decision-making, aiming at continuous improvement in the teaching and learning process.
