OPEN CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS | DOSSIER: 20 YEARS OF THE ALMONACID ARELLANO CASE AND DOMESTIC CONVENTIONALITY CONTROL
The journal of the Graduate Program in Law at UFRN, Digital Journal Constitution and Guarantee of Rights (RDCGD), a biannual publication ranked Qualis A4 (2021/2024), is also open to receiving original, unpublished articles in various fields of Law, to be included in the dossier of its 34th issue – Vol. 19, No. 1, corresponding to the first semester of 2026.
The dossier aims to reflect on the 20th anniversary of the case Almonacid Arellano v. Chile (2006), a landmark in the consolidation of conventionality control within the Inter-American Human Rights System. The call invites submissions that analyze the role of national courts, the application of Inter-American jurisprudence, and the impacts of this precedent on contemporary legal systems.
Articles may be submitted until July 31, 2026.
