Perspectivas de Estudio sobre la Toma de Decisiones Estratégicas en Organizaciones Públicas:
Discusión Teórica y Revisión de Literatura

Este artículo tuvo como objetivo realizar un levantamiento de los temas y problemas de investigación más recientes sobre el comportamiento decisional en organizaciones públicas, identificando los principales factores que influyen en las decisiones estratégicas y sus interacciones. A partir de una revisión de la literatura, el estudio analiza publicaciones de los últimos cinco años en la base de datos Web of Science, enfocándose en las dinámicas políticas y administrativas del proceso decisional. Los resultados señalan una tendencia creciente hacia investigaciones empíricas y conceptuales, destacando la relevancia de factores como el contexto político, la cultura organizacional y la interacción entre los actores en la formulación de políticas públicas. En términos metodológicos, predomina el uso de la investigación cuantitativa y encuestas en estudios sobre el tema. Esta investigación revela la importancia de considerar tanto las dimensiones racionales como las emocionales y políticas en la toma de decisiones. Las contribuciones del estudio incluyen un análisis profundo de los procesos decisionales, ofreciendo insights prácticos para gestores y formuladores de políticas, y enriqueciendo el debate teórico en la administración pública. El trabajo pretende promover una gestión más eficiente y alineada con las demandas sociales, al mismo tiempo que fortalece la base teórica para futuras investigaciones.
