Ethical considerations
The journal offers free, full and immediate access to its content, based on the principle that the free availability of scientific knowledge - its bases, its constitution, its objectives and reach - to the general public is a propelling tool that provides scope and security to the global democratization of knowledge. Thus, Saridh Journal maintains its ethics policy in line with what is defended in the Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors of the Committee on Publication Ethics - COPE.
In the perspective of total refusal and refutation of plagiarism or any other unethical behavior, a commitment to the conduct of good practice and the quality of publications is defended, which is extended to all members and parties involved in the process, from the organization of thematic volumes and numbers up to the dissemination, collection, analysis and publication of accepted productions.
When submitting their productions to the editorial board for evaluation, the authors express, automatically and irrevocably, i) the responsibility for the information presented, use of images, figures, data and tables, of any order or nature, ii) the declaration of those responsible unique and constituted by mentioning institutions, bodies or entities, iii) the full assignment of copyright for the publication and dissemination, in any means and formats, of their production, stating that:
- its production is entirely original, without any hint of plagiarism or conflict of interest, and authentic, not being the subject of simultaneous description, submission or publication in another journal.
- its production presents precise and sufficient details to ensure its refutation to any fraudulent or intentionally inaccurate and inconsistent statements, and that all information is properly referenced and acknowledged.
- its production, when mentioning works and / or reference to other texts and studies, presents due and indispensable citation of the sources, as well as technical and academic organization that allows its use, replication and mention by other authors.
- all co-authors are included in the indication of authorship of the production and have seen and approved the final version of the manuscript, agreeing, therefore, with its submission to the respective journal.
- assumes full and irrevocable responsibility when discovering or finding any inaccuracy, inconsistency, invalidity or significant error in its published work, reserving, in this case, the express obligation to inform the editor of the magazine directly and immediately, enabling ways to express correction or retraction. considered necessary.
Works submitted for analysis are treated as confidential documents, with their copyright information secured. All information contained therein is confidential and may not, under any circumstances, be the object of disclosure, public mention or on social networks or other means or for personal use. Such confidentiality policy extends to the content and information expressed in the opinion issued.
Once included in the text editing phase, the articles, interviews and reports of experiences are objects of publication in the journal, in the respective volume and number to which they were submitted, and cannot be removed or excluded, even if expressly expressed by the authors. and proponents.
All approved productions will be confidentially diagrammed and, after that, forwarded to the authors, who, in turn, can point out changes in the order of disposition in the final formatting of the texts. At this stage, content changes will not be accepted. In the event that, within the stipulated period, there is no manifest and express response from the authors, the publication of that text will be suspended.
