Abstract

This experience report addresses the integration of university extension into the curriculum of the Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at the Federal University of Federal University of Federal University (UFT), focusing on the subject "Curricular Extension Actions I (ACE I) - Programs and Projects." The dialogical and participatory methodology, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the COP 30 theme, sought youth leadership through the "Letters for COP 30" initiative. The project involved 66 students and reached 12 schools, mostly public schools, culminating in the collection of 417 letters. The practical results validate extension as a positive factor for the development of ethical, social, and adaptive communication skills, transforming academic knowledge into civic action and strengthening the social role of future accounting professionals.
