This report presents the experience of university outreach developed by the Tourism course at UFRN, in the municipality of Senador Georgino Avelino (RN), focusing on the enhancement of entrepreneurial education as a tool for social and personal development. The action was aimed at elementary school students and sought to awaken the entrepreneurial spirit through playful and participatory activities, bringing entrepreneurship closer to the students' reality. The training addressed topics such as creativity; teamwork; leadership and business creation, encouraging the promotion of the community's tourism potential. The results reaffirm the role of outreach in strengthening the ties between university, school, and community, as well as in valuing entrepreneurial initiatives.
