Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

The present text aims to socialize the results of an extension project developed in 2020, having as methodological strategy the realization of thinking experiments in the perspective of Philosophy with Children. The action assisted students (elementary school children) from schools of the municipal network of Caicó/RN. The organizing team was constituted with a teacher from the basic education network and five volunteers, students from the Pedagogy course (CERES/UFRN). Workshops were carried out with the children, whose results pointed out the potentiality of the Philosophy with Children methodology for the development of investigation, reasoning, information organization and translation (dialog) skills in the process of teaching and learning with children.
