Abstract

This article concerns a documentation survey that seeks to comprehend the demands of people who sought the services offered in the Center of Psychological Practices (CEPRAPSI) at the Federal University of Rondonópolis (UFR) in the year of 2020 under the complaints of social isolation or any other symptoms related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The services elapse from an extension project in the major of Psychology from the same university. The study ought to characterize documents generated from the enrolment files of 63 people, and the analysis came from the incidence percentages of encountered answers as well as the evaluation of the presented complaints. The complaints revealed that the pandemic context aggravates the symptoms of depression and anxiety, producing psychological distress.
